My oh my, pumpkin pie… smoothie!!!
I LOVE FALL!!!!! Seriously, it makes me so happy! The weather, the colors, the flavors! Oh, and my birthday! *sigh of contentment* I mean, who doesn’t love all things pumpkin?! If you’re like me, you’re going to love this smoothie. It’s packed with lots of protein and delicious flavors!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 frozen banana (or cup of ice if you want more intense pumpkin flavor)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving vanilla yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
