My oh my, pumpkin pie… smoothie!!!

I LOVE FALL!!!!! Seriously, it makes me so happy! The weather, the colors, the flavors! Oh, and my birthday! *sigh of contentment*  I mean, who doesn’t love all things pumpkin?! If you’re like me, you’re going to love this smoothie. It’s packed with lots of protein and delicious flavors! 

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 frozen banana (or cup of ice if you want more intense pumpkin flavor)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 serving vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purĂ©e
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth! And because I’m in such a good mood that Fall is (practically) here, I made a little video to show you how 🙂 Enjoy and let me know what you think!!!​
