Gluten Free Banana Pancakes
I’m going to keep this short and sweet- just like this stack of pancakes! These are so simple and satisfying, even my kids love them!
I’ve been trying to find a protein pancake recipe that actually tastes good, and while I’m still on the hunt for that, I came up with this gluten free option for pancakes 🙂
Here’s what you’ll need (per person):
- 1/4 cup GF oats (regular rolled oats are fine if you don’t need GF option)
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 small banana
*I doubled this recipe to make the perfect amount for my two little ones and myself.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Cook like regular pancakes! And that’s it! Adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter or dropping berries in is a great way to add some sweetness and flavor, too!
Drizzle on a little agave nectar (or your favorite syrup) or slather a layer of your favorite nut butter if you’d like!
